Faces

David is quite the character. I thought I would share with you his serious face. This is the face he gives when is uncomfortable or to anyone he does not know or is not sure of. It's funny Jeffrey used to do the same thing..made me feel bad when folk's would try to get him to smile and he just stared at them.



This picture is David happy and content. When we are at home this is what we get to see all day. He is a happy lil' man and we sure do love him!

Birthday Boy!

Isn't amazing how it doesn't matter how many years go by our children are forever our babies? Jeffrey is six years old today and what a blessing this little man is to our family. I am so thankful that God blessed us with this sweet boy and in his perfect timing. Everyone thought we were crazy to think of adopting when Jeff was so sick with cancer. But, we chose to trust the Lord and although Jeff is not around to see him grow the Lord knew that we needed him as much as he needed us. Thank you Lord for this sweet blessing I get to call my son.

Precious Moments

I love Sunday afternoons..we have just spent the morning worshiping with our Lord and Savior and then the afternoon is spent in sweats resting and spending family time.

I especially love watching Grace & Jeffrey playing with David. They love him so much and there is no doubt he loves them also. He just lights up with them. I love how they can get him to belly laugh which in turn makes us all laugh... Precious Moments.

Stirrings

2010 is here! What will this year bring? I feel the Lord working on my..shaping me for something to come. I am not sure what that is yet but something is stirring inside of me.

My prayer is that I will strive to be more like my Lord and Savior. That I will be the parent he would have me to be. That my children and grandson will have a heart for the Lord and desire to serve him always. I pray that people will see Christ in me and desire a relationship with him. Oh Lord what do you have ahead for me? Only He knows and only time will tell.
